Okay, I just followed a Google News headline to Aljazeera.Net – Lebanon blames US for UN silence, incredibly, the text states that

Meaning, basically, that they insist on the ‘right’ of the Zionists to kill innocent children while they negotiate. Which – if you take one single step backwards, means they’re negotiating over the killing of innocent children
